He is an executive leader with a 35+ year track record of working and growing in experience and responsibility in some of the most iconic brands in the state of Texas (Hastings Books & Records, Builders Square, SBC Communications [AT&T], H-E-B, and Whataburger).
A majority of his working career has been in large, complex family-owned businesses. This has provided insight into the unique needs of family ownership groups. He has had a broad range of experience in leading and managing very large teams across many diverse disciplines:
